Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all payments made to Rider Africa through Standard Bank. By making a payment, the customer agrees to these terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Direct Bank Deposits, Mobile Banking Payments, and Card Payments where applicable.
Payment Confirmation
Payments are confirmed only once reflected in Rider Africa’s bank account. Correct reference numbers must be used. Proof of payment may be required.
Processing Time
EFT payments may take 24–48 hours. Instant transfers depend on bank processing times. Services are rendered after confirmation.
Pricing and Charges
All prices are in Namibian Dollars (NAD). Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds apply to duplicate payments or failed services and will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Failed or Reversed Transactions
Rider Africa is not liable for errors due to incorrect details or bank issues. Services may be suspended for reversed payments.
Fraud Prevention & Security
Transactions may be verified. Suspicious activity may be reported.
Liability
Rider Africa is not responsible for banking delays or unauthorized access to customer accounts.
Account Details
Payments must only be made to official Rider Africa accounts.
Amendments
Terms may be updated at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia.
